wow, im a guy and i’m still really excited to see this, some of my friends really wanted my perspective on the books, and it wasn’t as mushy as i thought it would be…The characterization employed makes you feel like you are there, the characters are all so realistic even though they are mostly mythical creatures. I honestly think that the Edward/Bella romance could easily live up to if not surpass Romeo and Juliet

I just got pulled into this series, and I can honestly say I was hooked the first chapter. I do not think that it really followed the book as well as I would have hoped, but there is no doubt in my mind that this movie will be anything but amazing. I watch this trailer about oh I dunno… A MILLION times a day, I am so excited. I strongly recommend anyone who is going to see this movie to go read the book first, you will not be sorry. I hope it does well in the box office – I would love to see New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn all hit the theaters as well. As for those of you, I would mention your name, but unfortunatly I think that would flatter you too much, who are too self involved to pick up a book, you really are missing out. I strongly suggest you read it. I CAN’T WAIT!!

so, I am not a reader, at all. but when my best friend spent one simple night reading the entire book she convinced me to read it as well.Its been three days and i am nearly finished eclipse.It is amazing how the author can just pull someone in. I was a little disapointed though watching the trailer.Only though as the charactors arent exactly how i pictured them. Edward to be exact. Yet I am still very excited for the movie; and also for breaking dawn in August.!!!:):)

I read twilight all day yesterday and I finished it in about 8 or 9 hours. It is such an amazing book. The way Bella describes Edward is so dreamy. I couldn’t put the book down. It is such a different romance… there is so much love between Bella and Edward. I honestly wished that romanc like that…the kind that could be so dangerous and deadly was real… maybe there is somewhere out their!

The movie was a genuinely great effort to capture the essence of the novel into a two hour movie. For those of you who have read the book and not yet seen the movie; don’t worry. While there are some VERY obvious differences between the two, the movie is worth it. The actors portraying these dynamic characters did a wonderful job and I was impressed with how close their faces matcfhed what I saw in my mind’s eye. Some of the more obvious changes can be over looked when you remember taht not everything in a 700 page book can go into a movie word for word. I plan to buy the DVD when it becomes available!

OK i love the books and the action looks good in the trailer but does anyone else think that the dialogue between Edward and Bella sounds a little cheesy/dumb?

Well I’ve read all four books and think there great, I can’t wait to see all of them become movies. I love the story more than the actors and actresses, they just help add the visual.

The movie had the most horrible special effects I have ever seen and I hope the director is going to be WAY better for new moon because the director for twilight put in a bunch of crap like “Bella you need to see me in the sun light”.
